
Christopher joined Clare Parker Homes in June 2023 as a part-time Support Worker before transitioning to a casual role, where he supported nearly all agency-operated homes, especially our Kramer House. In January 2025, he advanced to Assistant Home Support Leader at Jenkins House and, by August 2025, was promoted to Senior Home Support Leader. In this role, Christopher provides strong leadership to the Jenkins team while maintaining collaborative relationships with families, social workers, healthcare providers, and community partners.
Before immigrating to Canada, Christopher spent 12 years as a Computer Science Lecturer at a reputable Nigerian university. His passion for education and advocacy continued to shape his work in human services, where he is known as a voice for the voiceless and a champion for inclusion.
With a Diploma in Social Sciences and extensive experience in frontline and leadership roles, Christopher is known for his empathy, professionalism, and person-centered approach. His leadership philosophy—“When you succeed, I succeed”—reflects his dedication to empowering others. In recognition of his impact, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS-2024) and an award from the Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN-2025) for his contributions to youth development.
