The minimum requirements for employment are as follows:
- Passion to provide quality of care and improve the lives of people experiencing disability in a gentle and person centered way.
- Related work experience
- Criminal record check with vulnerable sector check
- Basic first aid certification and CPR
- A valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Computer skills
