Orientation of New Employees

Newly hired employees will review and be aware of all policies, procedures and protocols of the agency prior to supporting in the homes without direct access to a supporting co-worker. This incudes three 4-hour office orientation training, four 8-hour orientation in each house with either a Senior Home Support Leader or Assistant Home Support Leader.
